How to use
- Diffusion: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or oil burner to spread the aroma, promoting relaxation, emotional balance, and a soothing atmosphere.
- Steam Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, keep your face 20-30cm away, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply to cleanse the respiratory system and refresh the mind.
- Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil (coconut, almond, or jojoba oil) for a relaxing massage that also nourishes the skin.
- Relaxing Bath: Add 5-8 drops of essential oil to a warm bath, mix well before soaking to enjoy a calming and rejuvenating experience.
- Room Spray: Mix 10-15 drops of essential oil with 100ml of water and a small amount of food-grade alcohol in a spray bottle. Shake well before spraying around the room to purify the air.
